Very professional and quick to respond. Imaan and Louisa made my journey of finding a first rental home in London delightful. They got rid of all stress and hassle that comes when you are moving in from a different country. Flat was ready by the time I landed in London and I got the keys on the same day. They responded to all of my concerns within hours and quite emphatic. They have set the bar so high, I doubt if someone can match it in future. Keep up the great work. Thanks a ton.

Matt and the team at Hodders met with us in the summer of 2022 and put up our property in September. after that the housing market went crazy and loads of mortgages were pulled, but Matt and the team were super patient with us and helped to calm us as we made the property available for countless viewings and ultimately got us a good price for our house. Even though we had moved to Canada, they were still able to keep good lines of communication and keep us calm through the whole process. I would highly recommend the team and I would also add that my mother rented a property via Hodders also and had similarly excellent service.

Could not recommend Hodders (and Karen) highly enough. My wife and I were looking to move closer to family and friends and Karen’s professionalism, knowledge of the area and passion were key in our decision to move forward with Hodders, and I am glad we did. Karen knew exactly which clients she wanted to show the house too and within a few days, the house was sold. I had a very disappointing experience with this letting agency. Despite always paying rent on time, they unfairly deducted £250 from my deposit for two light bulbs and refused to consider any reasonable resolution. Communication was poor and stressful, with inconsistent and unjustified claims. I reported issues with the boiler and extremely high utility bills, but they dismissed my concerns after a very basic inspection. Unfortunately, the agency offers little support to tenants and shows no openness to feedback. I do not recommend renting through them.

Viewed multiple properties with Stuart in the Addlestone area, and he could not have been more helpful or knowledgeable. We are first time buyers so had lots of questions and concerns and he was able to answer everything honestly to help us understand the pro and cons of everything we were querying. In Response to the company’s comments. What part of ‘I have not personally used these so called estate agents’ is hard to understand. Regarding the owner. It’s not hard to see who Steven Wayne is to the company there’s enough material online to suggest this. You are correct I won’t be calling. Why would I wish to interact with such people. I just wish for people to know my humble opinion and findings. Good luck in your future endeavours. Regarding DISHONEST , RUDE … borderline evil what they have done to the elderly of the area I have not personally used these so called local honest estate agents due to not having properties. I am a person of the community who supports elderly people and addresses any issues they may be having. Due to the nature of my work I have been forced to write this review on behalf of the people who have been mistreated by this company. These people cannot comprehend writing a Google review. It’s come to the point where time and time again I have heard bad things about this agency regarding dishonesty and having an agenda which does not consider the clients best interest at all. I have seen the owner on social media portraying himself as a good local business man. And also pretends to be a part of MY community. The amount of innocent people who are elderly who have been mistreated and made fun off when they try to visit the office is ridiculous. I have heard this from within my community and many other cultures. There seems to be a trend of individuals who belong too ethnic minority groups. If a company can take advantage of an elderly person it says a lot about the services they will provide as a whole.

We are truly thankful to Judy Ciok for having helped us with the sale of our flat in Docklands. Judy took our case after another agency had mainly wasted our time for months and she was absolutely wonderful. She was super diligent, always available for questions/queries and definitely went above and beyond to get the sale done. Even when one of our potential buyers pulled out, she worked tirelessly to find another one very quickly so that we wouldn’t have to pull out of the offer on a house we’d made. I had a very disappointing experience with this agency. They confirmed my property viewing, and I even took a day off to attend. However, when I arrived at the location, I was informed by L.Bailey that the viewing had been canceled, without any prior notice. It was highly unprofessional and a complete waste of my time. A simple notification would have been appreciated. I would not recommend dealing with such unreliable service.

We brought our first home back in the summer last year and Hodders were brilliant. Myself and my partner made an offer on a flat in a new development but lost out, we explained in detail our criteria to Chris and with a few days he phoned us to say something suitable was re-available. We saw it straight away and made an offer then and there. The flat was perfect for us and it was wonderful that Chris took on board our criteria in such detail. We had a lengthy process to start with with paperwork to which the Hodders team were very patient. During the process we had a few major questions raised regarding forms and the help to buy scheme and I contacted Danielle Perry who dealt with the issues immediately and had it resolved within a few short days. Having worked in Estate Agency myself I know how crucial time management was and she was superb with our requests. On completion Danielle met us at the flat and handed us the keys with a bottle of Hodders Prosecco which was a nice touch. We won't be selling for a long time but when we do, we would certainly go back to Chris and the team.
