TrustpilotAnother great experience with Simon
Simon arrived on time, smart and smiling to fix an access point for our heating. He did the job with great care, ensuring that it looked as new before he left! We also had a little scratch on our floor that he kindly fixed for us too.Would give 10 stars if it was an option.

TrustpilotMaggie Sun and Chloe G were outstanding
Maggie Sun and Chloe G were outstanding in helping us find our perfect house. They were incredibly patient with us while we considered our options and decided on the right house for us. We dealt with Chloe mainly, who was so kind and personable, and absolutely lovely to our two little girls who had to attend site visits and meetings with us due to lack of childcare. She also understood this decision was going to affect them as well as us, and helped my eldest get excited about her new home! During the weeks that followed, Chloe helped the exchange process go incredibly smoothly; there weren't any questions she couldn't answer and she was well versed in all the conveyancing side of things etc. She also worked hard contacting the solicitors on our behalf when applicable. After completion she even checked in to see how we were settling in and enjoying our new home. We never felt like we were part of a conveyor belt. Thank you Chloe (and Maggie)
