Today I had the pleasure of meeting Alan Darnell, he is a polite,informative and understanding representative of Hills.On the last occasion I had a different gentleman who couldn't wait to get in and out and didnt listen or try to help.My Experience with Alan however was excellent,he explained the issues in a simple way and listened to my concerns.If I need help in future I hope its with Alan.Informative,skilled and great customer focused skills.

Had a visit today from Graham to investigate an issue in a room within our house. He was thorough in checking everything and rectifying the problem before putting fittings back and leaving the room clean and tidy. Turned up on time and the work was completed in the time quoted.

Barry (from Hill) demonstrated real professionalism when fixing a fault with the front door. He explained that there were two or three potential issues that could be addressed in order to fix the problem. He went on to correct all three of the underlying issues (and also finally adjusted the latch mechanism to improve the ease of use of the lock).His approach was very thorough and professional.

A brief line to thank Cameron here on site at Eden Green for coordinating with Sarah Key in Customer Services and resolving a couple of minor snagging matters rapidly for me. Cameron was extremely attentive and organised the trades in question to visit at times that were suitable to me. No fuss, no bother. Not only did he meticulously repair all the malfunctioning door handles, but he also took the initiative to inspect and confirm that every other lock in the house was in perfect working order.Alan's attention to detail and commitment to ensuring complete functionality impressed me greatly. He demonstrated a high level of professionalism and skill in his work.
