GoogleIts a shame that the parking of this housing estate is covered by a company who is issuing pcn and making money . I went to pickup a customer from this society and left the area after 10 min as the rider came a bit late and they have suitcases , I got a pcn for that. How someone can walk outside with suitcases to get a cab or taxi. What I someone is disable or having any kind of emergency. Its a shame , making money in this kind of cheap way.

GoogleIf you want a parking space you have to pay another £20000 . Rip off flats with high service costs.... Totally useless company enslaving buyers...

GoogleFake homes. The homes are marketed as premium, but the quality and value simply don’t match the price. What’s even more frustrating is the high service charges, which feel excessive for what’s actually delivered.

GoogleThese developers have ANPR cameras ready to fine you for driving through here. There is no signage at all, absolutely ridiculous. Operating a scam. Watch out if you are in the area.

GoogleI purchased my apartment at The Hill two years ago, and I couldn’t be happier with my decision. From day one, I’ve felt truly at home. The building is not only beautifully maintained but also provides a strong sense of security, which means everything to me. What really sets The Hill apart is the management team. Anytime I’ve had an issue, they responded quickly and followed up to ensure everything was resolved. The level of care and professionalism is outstanding. I want to give a special thanks to Jeremy and Alex. Their dedication and hard work have made me feel safe, supported, and confident that I’m exactly where I’m supposed to be. They go above and beyond, and it doesn’t go unnoticed. Thank you, The Hill, for creating such a welcoming and reliable place to live!
