We recently had our snagging list completed by Hill employee Peter Miller who was absolutely excellent. Courteous, professional and hard-working, Peter worked through a list of fixes to our property, keeping all areas clean and tidy.Peter was as absolute credit to the company he represents and having him work in our home for three days was no disruption at all to us, despite working from home and tending to three children and a dog.It says a lot about the company that they hire this calibre of individual.Many thanks!D&A

Such prompt, amazing service from Barry today. Last week I rearranged my appointment as I had another appt this afternoon, however this was obviously not filed or amended correctly as no one had passed this on. Barry called me to say he was here, however I was in cambridge. Fortunately my appt this afternoon was cancelled, therefore I was able to make this appt.I explained to Barry and he very kindly agreed to wait as I said it would take me no more than half an hour to get to my house from where I was. He was so polite, friendly and attentive. Thank you.

In June 2022, we moved into our home in Sawston and were initially pleased with the level of customer service provided by HILL. However, I regret to say that my experience this time warrants a 1-star rating due to the concerning lack of responsiveness from the customer service team.Since January of this year, we've been grappling with a persistent leakage issue originating from the shower tray in the master bedroom's bathroom. Despite two follow-up services conducted in the subsequent weeks, the problem persists. What's more alarming is the complete absence of response from the customer service manager despite my repeated attempts to seek assistance.Since the end of January, I've sent a total of six emails to the customer service manager, urgently requesting help, yet have received no response. Beyond the unsightly yellowish marks left on the carpet as a result of the leakage, our concern extends to the potential structural implications that may be hidden from plain sight.With the 2-year warranty period offered by HILL rapidly approaching its end, our frustration and helplessness have only intensified due to the lack of acknowledgment and action from the customer service team.In summary, while our initial experience with HILL's customer service was satisfactory, the ongoing ordeal with the unresponsive attitude has greatly diminished our satisfaction and left us feeling deeply disappointed.

APPALLING SERVICE from Sharon Devi. I am still waiting for my reservation fee to be returned after 13 working days. All Sharon can answer is with her standard “you will receive your refund with 5-7 working days” even when it was gone the 7 working days. Her after sales customer service is very disappointing, it shows that her efficiency and excellent customer service was only reserved for getting the sale.

Sarah has effectively arranged different teams to fix all these issues and because of our own issues, there were few rescheduling which Sarah has handled them seamlessly and patiently.
