GoogleI am an advocate for praise and really do try to see the good in everything, however I believe that vendors should know what is happening I have been trying to book a viewing on a property that I was extremely interested in (Ryfield Barns) For three weeks now I have been trying to arrange via Alysha to see this property, I have been waiting for weeks at a time to even get a reply to my emails, viewing slots being arranged then cancelled etc If I were selling a property with this agent I would not be impressed with how they are managing prospective buyers

GoogleWe are not even selling via Henry Adams - we are purchasing through them so are not technically their client, but they have been excellent from start to finish (far better than our own agent). Special shout out to Ella who has restored my faith in estate agents - she goes above and beyond to do the job all of us buyers and sellers are crying out for (making up for for the poor service we received from our own agent). We will be using Henry Adams for our next move
