GoogleA fantastic company to work with. Sold my house within a very quick amount of time and have been helpful and easy to deal with throughout the duration of the sale going through. Each member of the team played their park and were extremely efficient!! Would definitely use them again!!

GoogleHenry Adams sold our house quickly, and for a price we whre happy with. I was unhappy with the service and mixed message I received during the latter half of the sale, and I totally lost trust with one of their team. On that basis I couldn't recommend Henry Adams.

In regards to the later part of the transaction and upon review we can advise that a change of team member to deal with the sale was drafted to provide the extra time due to complexities of your on-going purchase. This may have resulted in the mixed messages but we would hope that you would agree that this enabled the successful completion of your transaction and maintaining your buyer at the agreed price.

GoogleI recently moved out of a Henry Adams managed flat that I rented. I could not be happier with the service they provided over the 5 and a half years I lived there. The moving process was seamless and they were so helpful and understanding the whole way through. It was a great experience for a first time renter, especially as I did not feel ripped off by excessive fees like some other letting agents.

Their kindness and consideration for our own expectations made a somewhat difficult process ( due to unexpected delays) much more bearable. GoogleUsing Henry Adams to sell our property also raised an opportunity to purchase a bungalow which suited our needs. We dealt with various members of staff and found them all professional and nothing was too much trouble in answering a number of questions we raised regarding the process for both sale and purchase. They were all very friendly and always had time to see us. We would definitely use Henry Adams again if needed.

GoogleWe decided to use Henry Adams to sell our house and the service from the initial valuation through to completion was superb. The team at Henry Adams in Hayward’s Heath are extremely friendly and knowledgeable. We wanted to sell our house quickly but not under value it and they helped us achieve this. It sold within 3 weeks and we got just below the full asking price (which in the current market is quite impressive). I would definitely recommend Henry Adam to anyone looking for a fast, friendly and professional service. Jane Tomlinson and Jade Bearryman who managed our sales were a pleasure to deal with. The photographers were also fab and the property details Henry Adam’s produced were far better than what their competition seem to offer.
