They had exactly the right balance being freindly and not " pushy " The lead up to exchange with 5 in the Chain was really unpleasant but they were always on the end of the phone and Toby personally waded in at 4PM on the last working day for solicitors on Friday the 19th to push the exchange through. Anyone can handle an easy transaction it's the really difficult ones that show proper customer service.

Buying and selling a house is one of the most stressful things you can ever do. We instructed Will Papworth to be our estate agent and to help us move. This turned out to be one of the best decisions I made in 2025. He is simply brilliant and is a safe pair of hands to get the job done.
