GoogleWe recently used Henry Adams for our house sale. They offered a polite, efficient and honest service. Nothing was too much trouble and all viewings were followed up with a courtesy call, and feedback was given to us at every stage of the sale. We would not hesitate to recommend them.

GoogleI am so pleased that we were fortunate enough to buy a house that was being marketed by Henry Adams, these estate agents are proper and for real. The young lady Jane Barlow that dealt with our purchase kept us updated on every detail of the move even regularly emailing us whilst we were in India over Christmas. I would not only highly recommend them but if and when I do sell the property we would sell it through, Henry Adams! Thank you all and what a wonderful house we have bought. George Dean

GoogleMy girlfriend and I are extremely happy with the service provided by Henry Adams. They are extremely thorough, professional and most importantly, friendly. At first we spoke with Danielle, the lettings manager, who knew exactly what we were looking for and found us the perfect property with her first suggestion! Danielle put us on to Monique, a lettings negotiator, who has been very helpful, knowledgeable and handled our dealings with complete clarity. We would absolutely recommend Henry Adams and look forward to dealing with them again.

GoogleI have no hesitation in recommending Henry Adams Estate agents. I found them to be extremely helpful and friendly. I dealt with Callum first while viewing my property and he was friendly and helpful and just a call away at all times. I then dealt with Jane when everything was moving forward and she is just so friendly and accommodating no matter when you call or email. Excellent friendly staff and we are delighted with our new home. Thank you all at Henry Adams

Googleone of henry adams staff try to screw us over with the deposit just because when we were moving and didnt have time to let them show the house to the new tenants

GoogleNot a recommendation for those renting houses in Horsham as therefore they will con you out of the money at the end of your tenancy and also they will conveniently act fast for plumbing issues but any other issue i.e mould near window seals broken garage door operating machines etc. they will not act upon that their service is rubbish and useless anyone renting a house with an agency Henry Adams is NOT a recommendation as therefore they may be racist lazy any pictures taken to report the problem will get deleted or shredded and thrown away and they will do anything until they win the point across services are slow financially greedy and cruel they are also evil so anyone renting a house with Henry Adams is asking for a death wish (PUBLIC NOTICE IT IS A CRIMINAL OFFENCE TO REPORT USERS THAT ARE TRYING THEIR HARDEST TO PREVENT OTHER PEOPLE FROM FALLING INTO THE TRAPS OF HENRY ADAMS AS THEREFORE WHAT IS WRITTEN DOWN EXPLAINS THE TRUTH ABOUT THIS BUSINESS AND HOW ITS BEING ASSESSED).

GoogleHenry Adams sold our house quickly, and for a price we whre happy with. I was unhappy with the service and mixed message I received during the latter half of the sale, and I totally lost trust with one of their team. On that basis I couldn't recommend Henry Adams.

In regards to the later part of the transaction and upon review we can advise that a change of team member to deal with the sale was drafted to provide the extra time due to complexities of your on-going purchase. This may have resulted in the mixed messages but we would hope that you would agree that this enabled the successful completion of your transaction and maintaining your buyer at the agreed price.

GoogleI recently moved out of a Henry Adams managed flat that I rented. I could not be happier with the service they provided over the 5 and a half years I lived there. The moving process was seamless and they were so helpful and understanding the whole way through. It was a great experience for a first time renter, especially as I did not feel ripped off by excessive fees like some other letting agents.
