GoogleHelpful and thoughtful agents, who are continuing to keep us notified of properties that might potentially suit our needs. We are trying to move to an area 400 miles from our current home which makes the process a tad more complicated and taxing !! They are doing a good job.

GoogleOn Monday the 20th August, I called to arrange a viewing on a property I was interested in buying. After a third degree, which included my mobile number, I got told on the phone that no one from the sales team was in the office at the moment (typical) but that I would get a call back shortly. By Friday, I still hadn't heard from them, so I sent them a lovely e-mail telling them what I think about the dreadful service they offer and that I wouldn't be very happy if I was the vendor, trying to sell a property through them, as they seem to ignore potential buyers viewing requests. At no moment, I mentioned my mobile number on that e-mail. Today, I got a phone call from Hanna (on my mobile) and she said: "I'm not calling you a lier but, we have no record at all of that phone call you say you made on Monday the 20th requesting a viewing. The first contact you made with us was by e-mail, when you sent us an e-mail telling us that we had ignored your request!" Wow... I don't know which magic ball they use in Henry Adams to obtain customers phone numbers, but I want one... 😉

GoogleRang the Bognor office to enquire about a property and spoke to a lovely young lady I believe was called Yasmin She was indeed very informative and very professional in her telephone manner and very thorough about my enquiry . In fact I actually called in for some paperwork and thought the way I was dealt with by other members of staff was very professional ,this for you must be a big plus as another two agents who I approached were way below the standards of your team Well done Dougie

She was incredibly professional and friendly & took us through the whole process of selling our home. From the initial visit to value the property, to helping us with professional photos, to taking us through the sale itself, Yasmin was always on the ball and thorough with her work. GoogleIt was from my first conversation and the initial meeting with the Senior (Mark Peacock) negotiator that I was impressed with. It was a difficult time for me as I was marketing my late mothers property. I include all the staff at the Bognor Regis branch, when I say how impressed I was with their attention to customer satisfaction, sensitivity and professional conduct they all displayed. GoogleMy experience of Henry Adams has been first class, we sold and brought our house through them. The created a great broucure is our house in a better quality than other estate agents around, with true to like pictures rather than using wide angles lenses. Good communication on each occasion with what’s going on with buying and selling our houses could not recommend them highly enough.

GoogleHenry Adams have handled the sale of my wife's apartment which looks to be completing in the coming weeks. They have been fantastic and really going above and beyond. The whole team have been excellent with a special mention to Jane Barlow who really has been superb and gone the extra mile, even doing stuff on a Sunday to help progress this deal.
