With Toby's knowledge of the area, his skills in identifying 'genuine' potential buyers, his negotiation skills and his professionalism, certainly made the whole process much easier. We were always kept in the loop throughout the process and Toby's advice and guidance ensured that we achieved a realistic outcome.
