Awful business, avoid at all costs. they treat tenants like 2nd class citizens and there are more estate agents in Horsham than pubs. Go Elsewhere

We would not recommend Henry Adams as an estate agent. There was poor communication from them at every step. We always had to phone them to gain any information. We found their knowledge and expertise lacking.

I cannot praise the entire team at the Horsham branch highly enough. They dealt with everything for us, at a very distressing time. They worked so hard to find the right buyer and the right price. Best experience I have had in dealing with estate agents. Thank you Henry Adams.

I would Like to thank everyone at Henry Adams, especially Ali for all their help in finding me a nice house. Being a single person trying to find a property nothing was any trouble, which was not the case in some agents. Being at the end of the phone was a great help nothing was a problem for them. Great agency great people.

We dealt with Sarah, Sophie and Jade throughout the process of finding the property and relocating from the NE Scotland. They were understanding, helpful and always prompt with any correspondence and questions that we had. Sarah went above and beyond with her advice when we collected the keys. But a huge thank you to all the team. Would highly recommend.

From my very first phone call to Jade at Henry Adams until signing on the dotted lines, Jade and the Team could not have been more helpful. We had sold our house and were in a hurry to find new accommodation. Jade said it could be done in three weeks and amazingly it was! Very happy in our new home.

Henry Adams have been brilliant from advising me what to buy as a rental property to finding tenants and managing the relationship between us all. They also look after my two properties well and keep me informed as and when if any work is needed and are happy to proactively manage this on my behalf. I find them easy to deal with, friendly and very professional.

We fell in love with a new house being marketed by Henry Adams so to keep things simple, we also decided to use them to sell our own house. This turned out to be an inspired decision as using the same agent for both transactions was so much smoother. It didn't go through without the usual issues of buying and selling, but I always felt that Henry Adams were there for us. In one word I would describe them as 'Professional' and wouldn't hesitate in recommending them.

Henry Adams were very good and provided an excellent service for our house sale. It was a challenging property to sell with some complicated exchange dates to achieve. We can't thank Ali enough for the pro-active support she gave us and for ensuring all went very smoothly.
