GoogleMe and my partner had an extremely positive experience with Henry Adams in Petersfield. Siobhan was the estate aged that we dealt with and she was simply fantastic. She went above and beyond to ensure that we could move into a new rental property with extremely short notice on both parts. We had had an unpleasant experience previously to this. Leaving us with 9 days to find somewhere to live. She went above and beyond to ensure that all paperwork was complete and the new rental property fit to move into, even though due to our push for time it left her little time to do so. We can’t thank her and all the team enough and we are very happy in our new home. We are extremely grateful and would highly recommend Henry Adams in petersfield and in particular Siobhan Merrett. GoogleAverage, I brought my house and very happy there… however as a service..viewings felt like I was taking up the agents time and they were not knowledgeable on the property. I moved in back in November… still not collected the Sold board dispute numerous times of asking. Not an agent I would use to sell a property as falls below expectations compared to other agents. Obviously to buy it’s just a case of if you want the property you can’t choose who is selling it. As a property is the most expensive purchase in your life I felt the need to leave an honest review for the public and hopefully feedback to take onboard for the agents should they take the time to read this.

GoogleComplete Crap, RENTERS AVOID. Henry Adams arbitrarily decided to base income requirements for renting off net income, contrary to best practice and what every other estate agent follows to do referencing. Maria is completely clueless over the phone and doesn't seem to know what she's talking about. They also love to act like they have no control over anything and it's all out of their hands. You guys are the ones doing referencing, you are the ones who set what you take into account and what platforms you use. I would avoid if you don't want to have to deal with weeks of stress for no reason, never had an experience this terrible in all my years of renting.
