GoogleThis was quite the venture starting in March 2020 with this sale being the third attempt having 2 previous agreements falling through due to vendor apathy at one and found issue preventing sale proceeding on the other. Throughout the process, The communication was great and pragmatic choices that were collobrated on rather than 'its up to you'. Overal a great experience and would especially like to thank Mark for his honesty and Kevin for transparancy. Thanks to everyone else in the Bognor Branch who really made this happen. GoogleThanks to Gail Mike and Jane for a professional, efficient and friendly sale. All in 6 weeks! As a sale following the death of my mother Gails sensitive manner was much appreciaited and the main reason we chose Henry Adams as our agents. Mike managed viewings and closed the deal with our purchaser quickly and efficiently and once the sale was in legal hands Jane worked hard to sort out the inevitable queries and questions which came up as the sale progressed. A great team!

GoogleAwful staff in this agency. Rude on the phone. Take weeks to fix things as simple as replacing a smoke alarm. And when you leave the rented property be prepared to wait a long time to get your deposit back and dont expect any communication from these cowboys! Avoid!!

GoogleBuying a house is probably the most ridiculously stressful experience, but if you have an Estate Agent like Ali Martin, there is always light at the end of the tunnel. Time and again she has kept me sane and I have felt both supported and valued by her on numerous occasions during this process. Everyone always writes about the bad experiences, but Ali has literally been the difference between me pulling my hair out and us actually getting to buy our new house on time. GoogleHenry Adams sold our previous house 11 years ago. They have just sold our recent house and both times the service has been exemplary in every respect. Now experiencing other agents in a different area i realise how lucky we were. If you are in or around Haslemere do not go anywhere else.
