This was my first time dealing with Henry Adams, and they did not disappoint. Would not recommend rental service. Granted all property rental companies are terrible but the attitude here seems to be: the tenant is always in the wrong. They clearly don't have enough staff to manage the property maintenance effectively so whilst the staff are lovely, they are ineffective
