GoogleExcellent service from Paul and his colleagues from beginning to end. I am so pleased - and relieved - I asked them to market my property as they kept me informed every step of the way for which I was very grateful as I hadn't sold a property for 40 odd years! Thank you Paul and all at Henry Adams Haywards Heath.

GoogleI chose Henry Adams (to advertise and facilitate the sale of my one bed flat) on the back of positive feedback I had seen, and they did not disappoint. Selling the property was a long journey but the support and guidance I had from the beginning (advertising and managing viewings) to the latter conveyancing stages and completion (once the buyer had been identified) from the Haywards Heath team was always very helpful and professional, and made it easier for me to understand what to expect. At times the conveyancing stage proved to be more complex than expected, but the team were always able to act and facilitate regularly and know exactly when things needed escalating, and keep me informed. Thanks to everyone who played a part but a particular shout out to Paul who spent a large majority of the time overseeing my case. I would definitely recommend!

GoogleThe team at Haslemere all knew what was going on everyday of our journey through our house sale. Through the experience of loosing a buyer they shared the disappointment with us and I really felt their support. Alice and Florrie were brilliant with the viewings I did, very supportive, chasing clients that were late, giving me the background of each buyers position. So good. Toby, well what can I say, always cheerful, always had his eye on the ball, communication exemplary and support right to the end. I cannot recommend this estate agent highly enough. They will be on my Christmas card list. The selling journey is never enjoyable but the team in Haslemere made it bearable.

GoogleI am embarrassed to say this is long over due (flat sold June last year..oops) many apologies, but here goes! Toby, Florrie and the team couldn’t do enough to help us. The photos, professional and detailed write up, and confidence really did put our minds at rest. We just knew our flat was in the best possible hands. Communication from them was consistent and always so helpful. It didn’t take long at all for our flat to sell. Florrie was an absolute star...going that extra distance to make sure the sale went as smoothly as possible, and Toby was a real joy to deal with. Both always polite and efficient. I couldn’t recommend this agency and team enough. We had given up hope that our flat was going to sell, and for a good price, they managed to do both! Amazing work! GoogleHoly moly. I will never be renting through Henry Adams again. First, they didn't tell the landlady I was hoping to rent from that I had a dog when I explicitly said I had one and the landlady had told them she definitely didn't want pets. We got around that when we communicated ourselves WITHOUT the help of Henry Adams. Then they messed around with our contracts, lost contacts, terrible communication and messed us around some more just so we could pick up our keys! So much innec stress and time wasted. I'm glad I won't have to deal with them now for a long time, until I stop renting from my current place
