GoogleWe have been looked after by Emma from day 1, she has been extremely responsive and understanding throughout the process. As first time buyers I'm sure we were a bit annoying asking every detail even when it wasn't necessarily the estate agents role to answer them Emma would always give us response or point us in the right direction. An absolute pleasure and if I ever buy another house I hope Henry Adams and in particular Emma are around to give us that very personal attention. Thank you Emma, you have made a stressful process much easier for us as a family.

GoogleWe were recently house hunting in Horsham for a few weeks using various estate agents. Alison from Henry Adams was the only one that listened to exactly what we were looking for and alerted us as soon as a property matching our preferences came onto the market. After finding the perfect property, and acceptance of our offer, the purchase formalities progressed smoothly under Alison's watchful eye. We are now settling into our new home, and are extremely happy with the whole purchase process and highly recommend Henry Adams to any prospective purchasers.

Throughout the whole process they were extremely professional in dealing with all matters that came up, as well as keeping us clearly appraised of the situation at all times and as things changed. Of course you'd want to know how well they did marketing our property and we could not be happier when they delivered several offers that were significantly higher than our asking price following an open day. GoogleAfter meeting with four different agencies - two local and two national- we selected Henry Adams, Horsham because we felt they offered the strongest market knowledge and understood the demographic to which our house would appeal. The advert and photographs were professionally prepared, and within two weeks we had a large number of interested parties and were able to secure more than one offer. From the point of accepting an offer and issuing Memorandum of Sale, we relied heavily upon the expert navigation of our agent, Alison Martin. Her communication was excellent and she was able to offer impartial and practical advice. Despite the complexity of a changing market and delays to our onward purchase, Ali kept our buyers updated and engaged. She consistently went above and beyond our expectations, communicating with calm and professionalism throughout. GoogleVery happy with the way Paul and team at Henry Adams, Haywards Heath, handled my sale. There was a long lead-up towards contract exchange (Covid-related market conditions hindering my search) at which point my buyers backed out, but the firm quickly found me a new buyer, enabling me to follow through with my dream purchase. And throughout all the ups and downs Paul remained very responsive, motivated and helpful. He maintained contact with solicitors and with other agents in the chain, and worked hard on my behalf.

GoogleI chose Henry Adams (to advertise and facilitate the sale of my one bed flat) on the back of positive feedback I had seen, and they did not disappoint. Selling the property was a long journey but the support and guidance I had from the beginning (advertising and managing viewings) to the latter conveyancing stages and completion (once the buyer had been identified) from the Haywards Heath team was always very helpful and professional, and made it easier for me to understand what to expect. At times the conveyancing stage proved to be more complex than expected, but the team were always able to act and facilitate regularly and know exactly when things needed escalating, and keep me informed. Thanks to everyone who played a part but a particular shout out to Paul who spent a large majority of the time overseeing my case. I would definitely recommend!
