Awful staff in this agency. Rude on the phone. Take weeks to fix things as simple as replacing a smoke alarm. And when you leave the rented property be prepared to wait a long time to get your deposit back and dont expect any communication from these cowboys! Avoid!!

Henry Adams successfully sold my house in Horsham 11 years ago, so it was the first Estate Agent I visited having decided to move back to the Horsham area. I wanted a 3 bedroom bungalow in a village close to Horsham. Emma Crouch was on the case immediately and we discussed in detail what sort of property I wanted. After a short period of time Emma alerted me to a viewing day for a property in Rusper.
