We purchased our property through Henry Adams Sales. The whole process was handled in a most professional manner. We were so impressed that we decided to use Henry Adams as the letting agent. Again this sometimes difficult process was handled perfectly. Special mention must be of Siobhan Merrett who walked the extra mile in organizing tradesmen etc. We live overseas so relied on this help to get the property ready for letting. Finally Michael Sturt who supervised the whole letting process. It is a pleasure to do business with Henry Adams.

I rented a property from Henry Adams letting team in 2022. I found both Siobhan Merrett and Lisa Holt fantastic throughout. Siobhan was enormously positive, no nonsense and incredibly helpful in finding us a house to let. Lisa was proactive, diligent and worked very hard to rectify any minor frictions we had upon moving in and has been brilliant at following up with any ongoing maintenance queries. We’ve rented from a number of companies in the past, but feel these guys are among the very best and would definitely recommend.

Where do I start, THIS ESTATE AGENT IS DISGUSTING AND LIERS, the lies and rudeness from the manager and the staff is unacceptable, wanting extra money to pay for there mistake and error and not accepting liability is wrong, and the landlords at LANYARDS ARE HEARTLESS, which made us wait in the rain for 4hours for them to pull out days before moving in and making us homeless just before Xmas, and to find out being put back on the market the next day for extra money!! And the lie saying there are sell in in a few months?? STAY AWAY FROM THESE CROOKS!!!!

Roksana is really good and lovely but Lorena is just very unpleasant and unprofessional, rude and judgemental. Very unpleasant experience over the phone with Lorena, while Roksana really did try to help me get the property, the level of rudeness and judgement from lorena put me off the property very quickly.

Appalled at how this agency have treated my friend who has been with loyal customers for 5 years. They advised her that the landlord was selling up but she was promised that they would be able to stay at the property and not to look for somewhere else to live. Only at the last minute was she told this was not the case and she has until December to find somewhere else to live. The miscommunication and misleading of the situation has left her in a terrible position and I would've expected more integrity from such a well known agency.

Sam Thorne has been absolutely outstanding so far and it’s only been a matter of 24h!!! He has answered any questions I have had but more importantly given me some answers to questions I hadn’t even thought to ask! He is super friendly, proactive and willing to do his all to make the process a breeze. He wastes no time and is prompt to put you in touch with all different departments and they have great communication between them. He only wants to provide the best care for his clients and this has shone through with his bubbly personality. He has provided me with all types of options I hadn’t even realised were a possibility! The rest of the team have all been fab too but a special mention to their new starter Sam Thorne! 100% recommend these guys. Jodie was also extra fabulous as not only did she come to me out of hours as my silly work schedule made life hard, but she was super friendly and broke everything down should I decide to let my property as opposed to sell! Very competent service from a professional, yet friendly team. Particularly appreciated Jane's involvement in progressing an acquisition. It is a challenging time for acquisitions at present with conveyancing often taking 6mths+ but Jane is very goal-focussed and was always on hand to give things a well-timed gentle nudge when sticking! No hesitation in recommending and would happily work with the sales and lettings teams again.
