GoogleI have dealt with Henry Adams for the last 3 years. They have provided an excellent service and both Bethanie Pickup and Melissa Twin are brilliant, they always act with 100% professionalism and are extremely efficient. I cannot recommend them enough!

GoogleVery happy with the way Paul and team at Henry Adams, Haywards Heath, handled my sale. There was a long lead-up towards contract exchange (Covid-related market conditions hindering my search) at which point my buyers backed out, but the firm quickly found me a new buyer, enabling me to follow through with my dream purchase. And throughout all the ups and downs Paul remained very responsive, motivated and helpful. He maintained contact with solicitors and with other agents in the chain, and worked hard on my behalf.

GoogleThe service provided by Melissa Twinn and her colleagues at Henry Adams has been outstanding. They provided excellent advice and an exceptional service before the property was fully under their management and this has continued now the property is with them. Melissa and her team carried out a highly professional handover of old and new tenants and ensured that any work that needed to be done was organised and carried out within a couple of days. I can not fault their full management service - highly recommended!

GooglePaul, Linda and the rest of the team were wonderful throughout the process. Great marketing, good photos and prospectus for the house. We had a lot of interest in the house and achieved a really good price. We lost our first buyers due to an issue further down the chain, they put the house back on the market and we found an even better buyer with 24 hours, so we didn’t lose the house we were buying. The agents further up the chain were dreadful, but the team at Henry Adams did a fantastic job of managing them. I couldn’t recommend them enough.

GoogleWe have just purchased a new build property with the help of Henry Adams. From the moment we started the process the team at Henry Adams were fantastic but a special thank you needs to go to the wonderful Lisa Atkins. The buying process was a little challenging due to a difficult buyer but Lisa did everything she possibly could to ensure she pushed our agent , the buyer, the buyers agent and everyone else in the chain! This was a daily occurrence and without her, we may have had a different outcome. Lisa did a fabulous job in managing the developers expectations and it worked out perfectly in the end.
