GoogleThe guys at the Middleton office were really helpful, especially Ben, in getting our purchase over line in what proved to be a long winded process because of blockages in the chain. I couldn’t fault Ben at all in how he dealt with our sellers and how he kept them on board whilst trying to put pressure on the rest of the chain to speed things up.

GoogleReally poor communication from Siobhan and throughly disappointed. Had arranged to view two rental properties for Saturday afternoon and was told on Friday the first property was now under offer. Not an issue, I was then offered to view a different property in the same area and scheduled in for 11:30. Saturday morning 10:45am I am having to chase to find out the address of the property. I rang the office number to then be told by she would be contacted to get in touch with me. I followed this up with another email asking for the address. No response and no one bothered to get back in contact with me. Saturday morning wasted.
We’re sorry to learn of your experience. Having looked into the matter our understanding is we turned up at the viewing and tried to contact you when you did not show up. I'm afraid we had to move to the next viewing after 15 minutes. If you would like to discuss this matter further, please get in touch.
