We have just purchased a new build property with the help of Henry Adams. From the moment we started the process the team at Henry Adams were fantastic but a special thank you needs to go to the wonderful Lisa Atkins. The buying process was a little challenging due to a difficult buyer but Lisa did everything she possibly could to ensure she pushed our agent , the buyer, the buyers agent and everyone else in the chain! This was a daily occurrence and without her, we may have had a different outcome. Lisa did a fabulous job in managing the developers expectations and it worked out perfectly in the end. Thank you Lisa and Henry Adams for helping us to secure our perfect home :@) We would highly recommend.

We purchased our first house via Henry Adams recently and felt so supported throughout the whole process. More than any other estate agent we really felt like we had someone who was rooting for us and Alison Martin was a huge part of that. She made the whole process painless which is a big achievement considering how stressful buying a house is. Gemma has a lovely way about her. Not only is she professional but a very kind person who always had the time to speak to me on the phone over the silly questions I may have had. I needed to sell my lovely flat in Aldwick (Bognor) so spent some time dropping in on local estate agents to find one who I could trust with my sale.I visited or called 8 different agents and was amazed at th lack of skill and professionalism some of the Agents had. Most were charging 1% of sale value. Then along came Gail from Henry Adams. Very professional, straight talking, and to the point. There fee was to be a little higher than the others but a fixed figure regardless of sale price. They valued the flat higher than the other agents. What a great company to deal with, when the inevitable problems came up the just dealt with them, when the chain collapsed, they fixed it. I thoroughly recommend Henry Adams. I suggest anyone looking to sell a property should judge the agent by quality and not price.
