GoogleHenry Adams were our sellers estate agents. They were at the top of the chain but continually went above and beyond chasing multiple steps in the chain to help push the entire chain over the line. They were always professional and proactive. Would definitely recommend.

GoogleAfter using a different estate agent which didn’t work out. I was recommended Henry Adams. Gail & Jane very patient and helpful. Finally achieved a sale after a couple of disappointments. No fault of the branch. Would recommend.

GoogleRecently had a property viewing with Charlotte. She was very friendly, professional and extremely knowledgeable, any information she didn't have was sent through promptly after the appointment. Charlotte was super thorough, even covering mortgages, conveyancing and surveys, which others we have dealt with haven't. Thank you Charlotte. GoogleTo be honest I approached looking for a new place to live with a little trepidation. We all hear the horror stories. BUT my dealings with the Team at Henry Adams were flawless. Alex and Steph were both professional and friendly. Always making themselves available, returning calls and emails. I was looking for someone based in and who understood the area I was looking to move to and I found them. The welcome box and card is a lovely touch as well. It all makes a big difference when you're in the middle of what is usually a stressful situation. Highly recommended.

GoogleExcellent customer service. I needed a property with parking but the one I went to view had neither an allocated parking space no residential parking permit. Byron went above and beyond by contacting the Havant Borough Council just to get a residential parking permit for me. His customer service is simply fantastic. Keep it up Byron and thumbs up to your team. I highly recommend Henry Adams!!! Thanks!

GoogleByron was super helpful with our recent decision to move into another rental. We were nervous about the rental market as we have had bad experiences with another estate agent from a different company. He was quick to update us on the process of the tenancy, knew all about the property and always so polite and happy to answer any worries or questions we had.
