GooglePurchased a flat through Henderson Connellan in Market Harborough and had a great experience with them. They kept me updated throughout the process, responded to queries promptly and professionally and were really easy to deal with. Our main contact was Shannon Sweeney who made the whole experience stress free - which is not something I've experienced before with house transactions! Would happily recommend them and wouldn't hesitate to use them in the future, if and when we come to sell the flat.

Throughout this journey Greta, at Henderson Connellan, has been the most helpful, thoughtful, patient and understanding support. Nothing was every too much trouble and she would go out of her way to send us houses that she thought we might like rather than waiting for us to spot them on Right move. GoogleKirsten was great. She was always there to update me through a very long and stressful house sale. Kirsten chased the buyer and her sollicitors constantly for me, as at times I was unsure if it would ever happen - 7 months in total. Kirsten also supported me when I lost the flat I was purchasing, while awaiting my buyers finances to be resolved. This was due to Mike Tierney Estate Agents in Stalybridge, who proceeded to put the flat back on the market - (avoid at all costs). Despite everything going through as advised. Not sure why !!! We completed on Friday 13th March - thanks to Robin for her support on the day, as the buyers sollicitors went AWOL, so we didn't complete until 4pm. Kisten got to know me so well through the process, and was always at the other end of the phone, for support and reassurance. He was personable and, most importantly, never used a hard sell. Shannon managed our sale throughout. An offer over the asking price was accepted in under two weeks, supported by excellent photography and a well-written listing. We couldn’t fault their service.

GoogleThe team were so patient and professional during the recent sale of our property. There were a few legal issues/delays along the way (nothing related to HC) which caused us a lot of stress, but they made sure our buyer was kept up to date and on track. All the team we dealt with were diligent and knowledgable. Would definitely recommend.
