Having newly emigrated to the UK I have been in communication with a number of agencies. By far the most responsive, helpful and professional has been Emily Chipperfield from Henderson Connellan. This has been somewhat of a daunting task being in the UK for the first time the challenge of finding a family home was overwhelming. Emily kindly responded to all my emails timeously and patiently attending to all the details and questions.THANK YOU !!!

Before renting from letting agents you always hear bad stories about them, such as just letting themselves into your home without permission, or when you have a fault in the home that's not your fault they charge you extortionate amounts or don't arrange help to fix it etc. All I've had is positive experiences with Henderson connellan. They respond to all my queries straight away, they have an app to report any faults or repairs which gets dealt with quickly and from start to finish they've helped this house feel like a home.

Our company has used Henderson Connellan as agents to rent 2 no properties in the Kettering area over the last year. Our point of contact was Laura Tolton and the standard of service we have received has been excellent. As our head office is in Northern Ireland Laura kept us informed with updates every step of the way through phone calls and emails. The response time and communication was first class. I cannot fault any part of the rental experience and the support and professionalism that Laura provided us during this time and across the extended Covid-19 period was second to none. I would have no problem recommending Laura and the team.

This is how an estate agents should be run!!! A very professional service from start to finish. The reason for the 5 stars are as follows: * All staff members are professional, understanding, very knowledgable and willing to help, despite how many times you call them. * Emails always answered very promptly. * Phone calls are returned when they say that they will be returned. I would not hesitate in recommeding Henderson Connellan. Many, Many thanks again Christie & Phil & Linda. Yours, The Richards.

EXCELLENT JOB BY CHRISTIE AND LEE AND ALL THE TEAM AT HENDERSON CONNELLAN. The best estate agents in Corby by far. Upon meeting lee at my property for the first time, lee presented himself very well and showed he has an extensive amount of industry knowledge, was understanding of my needs and reassuring. He has an honest approach and got the price of my property just right, after accepting there services photos where taken promptly by a professional and the house went on the market. Christie Taylor was then appointed to help me with my property, who may I say was so professional I couldn’t have wished for anyone better. Thank you once again Christie. After just seven days Christie had sold my property whilst keeping me informed every step of the way, nothing was ever to much trouble, she was always available in the office or by phone. AMAZING SERVICE. I feel very grateful to them all and if you need a first class estate agents in that area I would highly recommend to contact Christie and lee. I am sure you will find them just as impressive as I did.

Hollie Smith showed us round several properties. Her local knowledge was invaluable in helping us to make our decision. The whole process with Henderson Connellan was handled with professionalism, courtesy and without undue hassle. Hollie went above and beyond her job in advising and supporting us. This made the stressful process of viewing serial houses so much easier and enjoyable. We would have no hesitation in recommending Henderson Connellan.

During the last year, I have needed to sell 2 completely different styles of property, in my professional capacity as Executor / Attorney. Henderson Connellan acted professionally at all times, keeping me regularly informed each step of the way. Holly Smith - HC's Sales Manager, managed to drum up a lot of interest in a village bungalow on a good sized plot, and as a result it was sold quickly at substantially above the guide price ! I would highly recommend Henderson Connellan to anyone wishing to sell a property. I will certainly be using them again, when the time arises - well done to all the team !

These guys have got a great reputation for a reason. We can’t sing their praises highly enough. We had a very stressful experience when our buyer pulled out at the 11th hour but Holly and Conan were incredibly supportive and somehow managed to keep our spirits up. They had sold our house again within a matter of days and we really felt like they were rooting for us and that they cared about the human side of the transaction. The photographer is lovely too and was so thorough and attentive to detail. We thoroughly recommend Henderson Connellan; they are personable, efficient and they certainly know their market. Estate agents often get a bad name but this team turns all that on its head. Moving house is highly emotional and stressful but they held our hand through it all and we are so grateful.

I would highly recommend using Henderson Connellan. From initial contact, I was immediately impressed with their team's professional, but very friendly and approachable manner. In my interactions with them, I was the purchaser, but could see their careful balancing of all parties involved. The team's sensitive, considerate and transparent nature was perfect in what can be an extremely stressful and emotional time, whilst still maintaining efficiency. They made the whole process simple and easy for me. Holly was fantastic from start to finish. With her experience, knowledge and genuine nature she was a lovely person to have as my point of contact. Thank you

Sandy was an absolute hero when it came to getting our exchange and completion through. It was a bit of a battle with some slightly less responsive solicitors in our chain, but Sandy pushed and got everything sorted for us. She is a superb aftersales person! I would recommend the whole HC team for their support and tenacity, especially Holly for getting our house sold so quickly in the first place :-)
