I can’t fault these guys. Having gone through a long purchase due to covid, All members of the team was on hand to help me when I needed advice and had questions to ask. They all acted quickly and they was very professional. From day 1 I felt confident that they would get this sale done. A special mention to Emma, can’t praise Emma enough throughout this process, the quick response to emails, the constant chasing of Solictors, the information she would relay so quickly she was absolutely fantastic and always reassured us that the process was still moving. Would defo recommend. 10/10 for the team🙌

Using Henderson Connellan to sell our house where others have failed was the best decision we made. As individuals, each and every one of them was professional, courteous and went out of their way to help and as a team they are exceptional, like a family. Conan gave us a spot on valuation, Holly described the property perfectly and the professional photos were superb. Lewis kept us informed instantly with all our viewings and the house sold within a week. Sandy who dealt with our after sales kept us sane. She calmly, patiently and efficiently dealt with our phone calls and also the many phone calls from our buyer and liaised with the other agents in the chain and our solicitor to ensure we made it smoothly through to exchange and completion. Henderson Connellan will without doubt be the agents we will use again if the need arises and we recommend them 100%.

I had to arrange a move to Kettering at short notice due to work and dealt with Connie & Carrie from Henderson Connellan. They have been absolutely brilliant and have made what could have been a very stressful process into an absolute breeze. I can't recommend them highly enough from my experience. Thank you both very much.

I have recently sold my home with Henderson’s with the help from Lee, Phil and Christie. I have to say Christie was amazing! Kept in constant contact with updates and advice. Kept me reassured when the process did not go quite to plan (solicitors). Felt like I was ringing/messaging a friend for help with the way Christie responded. Nothing felt that it was to much hassle - which I’m sure it was as it was a long process with our house being a shared ownership sale! Highly recommend Henderson’s!! Would 100% use them again in the future! Thank you again for all your help and support!

Booked appointment for today the 10th November at 10am with Colin for their valuation chap to pop out and value the house on Saturday the 7th over the phone. 10:20am on the day I call to find out where the valuation guy is, and sorry not booked in the diary! For someone who works a 6 day week if you can’t turn up to value my home how good are you at selling it

Fantastic Estate Agent - so glad we selected these to sell our house. From a sellers point of view their marketing is excellent, great photos & description and David is spot on with his valuations. We sold our house in less than 24 hours of it going live. Right buyer, right time yes but credit to Henderson Connellan for getting everything just right. From a buyers point of view Holly worked with us to show us houses that she knew we would like. We were quite fussy but Holly got it just right every time. Lewis as well was really good when showing us round houses, very professional and easy to talk to & discuss our thoughts. David also gave us advice when he didn't have to and was just massively helpful throughout. Lastly after sales - Sandy was brilliant getting our completion over the line. Unfortunately we had to deal with one particularly incompetent solicitor in the chain however Sandy helped us by escalating this when everyone else was hitting brick walls. I don't think we'd have completed yet if it wasn't for Sandy and on top of that she put up with my multiple calls and emails very well! We wouldn't hesitate to use Henderson Connellan in future, these guys know how to sell houses and their customer service is second to none. A huge thanks to a fantastic team.
