GoogleI chose HC as they were recommended by my neighbour who had sold her house within days. I was not disappointed! From initial consultation, the excellent professional photography through to exchange day, we felt we were in safe hands. Abby was looking after our account and her commitment to delivering an excellent service was brilliant. We were updated at key points along the way, acting as an intermediary between ourselves, our buyers and our solicitor. Always there to answer queries and get answers to questions that she didn’t have at her fingertips. Abby made what could have been a very stressful move from Leicestershire to Scotland a lot easier and I thank her, and the rest of the team, for that!😊

GoogleWe tasked the team at Henderson Connellan Market Harborough with selling our house earlier this year and they did a terrific job. The photographs, brochure, property description and Rightmove advertising were all beautifully presented and the team were always professional and very helpful. Thanks to the team we received several offers on our house within a very short time of it hitting the market and our sale has recently completed. Can't fault them and would definitely use them to sell a property in the future.

GoogleFantastic service from start to finish, all the staff are super knowledgeable, friendly and very helpful. I was regularly kept up to date with what was happening and they were always very responsive and very quick to come back to me with updates. My house sold subject to contract within 24 hours of going on the market and that was definitely down to H&C knowing their client database and the high quality of the brochure that was put together for the house. I can’t recommend David and the team at Market Harborough enough and I would definitely use them again without hesitation if I was selling a house.
