GoogleFrom the beginning when James came to value the house to the end when the sale was completed everything was excellent. The house sold within a few days of it going up for sale, showing the professionalism of the whole team. The brochure was superb. The sales team from Daniel to Amy were amazing. I would definitely highly recommend anyone using Henderson and Connellan to sell their home.

GoogleRecently purchased a property through this company how on earth they claim to be an award winning company is beyond me From the start at the viewing where I made an offer then to expect formality giving details names addresses etc but never once was I told that I would have to pay £60 to an outside company to prove my name and in which case they got me totally mixed up with someone else and then tried selling me a deal for £8 a month where I would get money off vouchers angry is an understatement The offer accepted where I booked a second viewing where the agent stood looking so angry that I was taking up his time constantly looking at his watch and phone I have never been made to feel so uncomfortable especially when I was about to spend a lot of money and if it wasn’t for the fact I really liked the house I would have withdrawn I could write all day about how poorly the operation is run with this outfit but for the next few months never once did I receive a reply from phone calls to emails and once I called to speak to the sales chaser who told her colleague that took the call if I want a response to email again angry like you wouldn’t believe I am on holiday writing this as they asked for feedback which I will be following up on my return but not to be too slanderous but it’s an outfit run by people who have no clue whatever I have brought and sold 12 houses in 20 years and I don’t claim to know everything but one thing I do know this company is just interested in the paycheque other than the people To be added to

GoogleThe team at Henderson Connellan in Kettering were excellent from start to finish when selling my house. Poppy and Rachel were great at booking in all the viewings and giving me prompt feedback afterwards. Sam gave me some great advice when I had a difficult decision to make and I felt he was really working for my best interests. Once I’d accepted an offer, Amy worked so hard chasing down the chain keeping things moving and keeping me updated on the progress. I am very happy I chose them to sell my house for me.

GoogleWe bought our house through Henderson Connellan last week, and the experience was outstanding. This was our third attempt to buy a house with different estate agents (the first two attemps fell through because of issues in the seller's chain). Our first experience with an estate agent was disappointing, the second was good, but HC is on another level. Communication was always quick, thoughtful, and never felt like we were being brushed off. They kept in close contact with the sellers and were proactive throughout the entire process. Their knowledge and expertise also made a real difference. For example, they informed us about changes to the rental legislation, which meant we were able to save one month's rent. We were renting at the time and had no idea that the notice period had been extended recently to two months. We worked with Shannon Sweeney and Rosie Canham at different stages of the process. Both were incredibly helpful, patient, and happy to answer the countless questions and requests we had as first-time buyers. We couldn't have asked for a better experience and would highly recommend them to anyone buying a home.

Even when we encountered difficulties, with a very slow and torturous process due to external factors we could not control, the team kept us relatively sane by updating us regularly and doing their best to move the situation on.
