GoogleFantastic service. Henderson Connellan dealt with both our sale and purchase during our recent move. Everything went perfectly from start to finish. They are really passionate about the property's they sell and do thorough homework with the owners to make sure they know your home inside and out. We mainly dealt with Conan, Greta, Holly and Abby who were all excellent at what they do. When we move again in the future we would use Henderson Connellan in a heartbeat. Many thanks everyone. GoogleHaving just sold my house through Henderson Connellan, I can’t recommend them enough. The whole process was a nightmare and only went through because of Abby at Henderson Connellan, who worked incredibly hard to get the sale through. They are really friendly and professional, and work really hard to help you all the way. I am so glad I chose them to sell my house. 10/10 .

GoogleFriendly, personable staff - they explain in a way everyone understands and have time to talk through everything with you. Could not recommend enough. Small friendly business you don’t get that kind of service with other companies.

GoogleThese estate agents were very good . Holly Smith sold the house and obtained an exceedingly good price despite a falling market and rising mortgage rate . She was exceptional. Abby took over the practical side and legal aspects of the sale ( corresponding with all parties sometimes in very difficult circumstances) and tried to keep us on an even keel with regular updates .They both instilled in us an air of calm confidence with their verbal communications which were also followed by an email. This was a very difficult time for us but was eased greatly by their help. We would recommend this Firm to anyone buying or selling a property

GoogleThroughout our house buying process, everybody involved at Henderson were always professional, courteous, and accommodating. Abby in particular, really helped us successfully navigate through various hurdles, and undoubtedly made the journey more bearable. She competently mediated difficult communications with the vendor, and for that we are grateful! We have no hesitation in recommending Henderson Connellan as agents.

GoogleFrom the past feedback I had been given about Henderson connellan I knew we were onto a good thing that the house we really wanted was listed with them. Shannon presented us with our veiwing and answered the questions we had, also chasing a few follow ups with our sellers via email too. Abby then took over once our offer had been accepted and explained how everything works ,again being very approachable and answered all questions in a timely manor. The friendly nature of the team , the time they have us and the knowledge was perfect. I would absolutely recommend the estate agent to anyone looking to buy or sell a property. We are so glad and lucky that we got to utilise and work with theese two ladies on particular. Thank you

GoogleWhen renting an apartment, in the event of technical problems that reporting trouble always takes a long time for reactions from the owner and the agency, I strongly do not recommend it. At the end of the lease, after moving out, more than 2 weeks of waiting for the return of the deposit, with the agency trying to extort some fraudulent sums
