GoogleHC were not my estate agents, they were for the house we were purchasing, but they were fantastic! From viewing the house with Conan and the following calls thereafter with the team, including Shannon and Abby, the service HC provided was above and beyond. Regular calls and updates and lots of tooing and froing. My estate agents were very quiet and unresponsive when I called but when I called Abby specifically, she was amazing and listened to many of my rants and meltdowns throughout the process providing me the information and support I needed. I really cannot recommend the team enough. If I ever sell this house, I know who I’m calling. Thank you to you all and we wish you a merry Christmas!

GoogleWe recently sold our house to Henderson Connellan, having bought through them 6 years ago. We had fantastic service from start to finish, with the team (special shout out to Shannon!) often going above and beyond. From selling the house before the photos were even taken, to dealing with tricky (and sometimes quite frustrating) circumstances to helping our vendors (using an alternative agent) to find removals to ensure we kept our planned completion date - they were first class. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend the team.

GoogleWe switched to Henderson's having tried to sell via another agent and after speaking to a number of agents with regards re-marketing our property. Henderson's convinced us with their approach to the end to end process that they would be the right agent for us. From the photographer they used, to the team who who hosted all of the viewings, they were professional, proactive and attentive.That approach didn't change post sale either and I would highly recommend them to anyone who is looking to market their property.

We were in quite a long chain with inevitable hold ups along the way, however Abby was always doing her best to chase and follow things up to keep it all moving, and the communication with us was great. GoogleAwful experience with Kettering branch . If you are looking to rent go elsewhere, there are plenty of other estate agents out there . Staff were dismissive and unhelpful. Had to chase calls and emails .It was as if dealing with tenants was beneath them. Have had to wait for 5 months to get our deposit back after using the Deposit protection service which was very stressful . Avoid !

A very efficient team showing the house and getting plenty of potential buyers through the door and providing sound advice on how to handle the various offers we received. It was in handling the chain however that H&C's service really shone. We were in a complicated chain but Abby stayed on top of it and kept us informed throughout. Couldn't recommend the team at H&C Market Harborough highly enough.

GoogleI recently purchased a house on the market with Henderson Connellan. I mostly dealt with an agent called Abby and she was so helpful, efficient, friendly and professional. My buyer on my house pulled out just before completion but we still held the chain together and I found another buyer within 48 hours so all good. But a very stressful experience for me and Abby's client/seller was handled so well and we completed within 5 weeks. If I ever sell my house, they would be my agents of choice - thanks Abby, a pleasure to buy through you.
