Hi, I am very pleased with the performance of Haybrook Crystal Peaks in relation to my purchase of 16 Morton Mount in Halfway. In particular I wish the thank Nicola Siddall for all her efforts to help me get a quick viewing of the property and showing a polite and helpful manner with all other questions I asked. Her speedy responses enabled me to make a decision to offer on the property which was accepted by the seller. Nicola and the team at Haybrook Estate Agent based at Crystal Peaks are friendly, approachable, helpful, proactive, hardworking and professional. The service provided throughout my time with them has been great, with lots of viewings producing offers from some of those viewers. Due to a change in family circumstances, I had to (reluctantly) suspended my contract with Haybrook. Should circumstances change, I would definitely resume my contract with them. Thank you to Nicola and the team. Keep up the good work.

When Georgia came out to value our property. She was very friendly, explained everything in detail and we would have loved for her to sell our house but the fees Haybrook charge are expensive for us.

Nicola Siddall has been amazing helping sell our house so quickly. Her effective communication skills and expertise helped the sale of the house go through quicker than we anticipated. We weren’t around to help with all the viewings but we trusted Nicola to support us on our behalf and knew she would do a brilliant job selling the house to the right buyer.
