I can not recommend Hawes & Co highly enough. In the stressful process of buying and selling a house, Damian kept in regular contact with updates, having spoken to the solicitors of all involved and was always there at the end of the phone when needed. The service provided by Hawes & Co, right from putting our property into the market, getting potential buyers to view and then the offer process was exemplary. We were always well informed and kept up to date. We chose Hawes & Co initially because of their straight forward, no fuss approach and we felt that what they claimed to offer would be just that, and we were not disappointed. Thank you, specifically to Damian and the rest of the team at Hawes & Co in Raynes Park. We would not hesitate to use you again as our agents!

Micheal in particular is an exceptional estate agent - his knowledge of not just the local area but the wider region is impressive & incredibly useful. And his comments on the properties are insightful & helpful. I have encountered many, many agents over the last thirty years and can confidently say this is the guy I’d want to sell my property!

Hawes and Co offer a really terrible property management service. We reported that the extractor fan was broken and it took them 3 months to fix it (over winter so the property was impossible to heat). Then they left the communal gardens unmaintained for 3 months! (still waiting on this to be fixed). If you want to live somewhere nice with an agent who will act upon issues and actually cares about its tenants, don't rent with Hawes and Co.

I can highly recommend Hawes & Co for an attentive, courteous and effective service in selling my aunt's property, just when the property market took a downturn! Throughout, I had a single point of contact, Sarah, which made the whole process easier. She was very professional and at all times very responsive, promptly answering any queries and giving advice when necessary; the perfect go-between liaising between seller and buyer. Looking for a small flat apartment in Raynes Park. Very happy with the service from Hawes & Co and particularly Elizabeth. She made the whole process really straightforward and I moved in two weeks which was the time frame I required. Elizabeth was always promptly responsive to contact queries etc. I would definitely recommend.
