An excellent first time accompanied viewing experience with Ben Butler, Branch Manager. Thanks to Ben, I was able to view in a development I had previously overlooked. His knowledge of the development was very helpful. He also engaged with the tenant in a customer care mannner which faciliated our arrangements to go ahead smoothly. Like all Hawes staff I've met, Ben exhibited high standards of professionalism, sound experiece of the local market and empathetic understanding of my specific search criteria for my 'forever home' purchase. He was really responsive over WhatsApp and accommodating when booking in viewing times. On the viewings he helped us to visualise the potential, measure walls and answered all of our questions. They were both extremely helpful and proactive in getting a virtual viewing secured for me since I currently live abroad and helped with my application.
