They are friendly, available, prompt, understanding, easy to talk to, either by email or face to face, they always have a kind word and a smile to share. Documentation is easily done, no hassles, communication is clear and information is given all the time and way in advance. Couldn't be more happy.

Stephen Ashby has been so supportive during the entire sale process, handled the negotiations sensitively and well, kept the lines of communication open even when the solicitors were dragging their feet, and was always cheerful and charming. I also used this branch last year when I bought my first house on my own and they held my hand throughout that process too, and kept me calm even when it all seemed rather scary! I would recommend them wholeheartedly.

I am greatly disappointed with the service provided by this agency. Initially, they were incredibly responsive and attentive, but the moment I raised an issue regarding a non-functional oven post-move-in, their support vanished entirely. It has been over 15 days, and I have received no response whatsoever. Despite multiple attempts to communicate my concerns, my emails seem to have been overlooked, and the property manager's response was dismissive and unhelpful when I contacted her by phone. Not only did the property manager fail to acknowledge the reported issue, but they also displayed a lack of care and professionalism. Furthermore, the claim that all electrical checks were completed before our move-in is misleading, as we've been facing consistent electrical problems since day one. This negligence and lack of follow-up have made my experience with this agency extremely unpleasant and frustrating. Overall, the disregard for tenants' concerns and the lack of responsibility for ensuring a habitable living space is something I never expected from a professional agency. I would caution anyone seeking an agent's services to reconsider before engaging with this particular agency, as my encounter with them has been incredibly disappointing and distressing.
