GoogleJust completed on a sale that went through smoothly thanks to Michael Gibson who was great in moving the matter forward minimising delays and keeping the chain going. We have worked with Hawes and Co for several years both on sales and purchases and have found them to be professional and prompt in their service. All the Best to Michael and Team!! GoogleI can't recommend Michael Gibson at Hawes, Surbiton highly enough. I was overwhelmed when he offered to help me, a complete stranger and not currently a client of Hawes, with an issue I was facing. His expertise, pragmatism and humour were greatly appreciated. He really went over and beyond the call of duty. I'd also like to say thank you to Liana at Hawes, Surbiton who thought to introduce me to Michael when she heard about the issue. Both their support helped enormously during a stressful time and it was a wonderful surprise to discover excellence and care alive and well in a small pocket of Surbiton.
Thank you for your review we are very pleased you had such a positive experience with Hawes & Co and we will pass on your kind words to Michael.

GoogleI always thought the letting agents are just there to rent on behalf of owners - I was so wrong. Charlie and team have been so fantastic and responsive whenever we needed them. We had a burglary and they were here with us even before police - supporting us not only with fixing things but providing mental support as well. It seems being affectionate, courteous comes naturally to them. I am sure I'll always use Hawes for my property needs. I highly recommend them to everyone. Thanks again to Hawes team - especially Charlie for everything you do.

GoogleHawes and co are a great and friendly estate agents. Being a first time buyer can be very daunting, but this Estate Agents is the best. Michael Gibson is fantastic! He organises viewings quickly, emails back at speed, always picks up the phone and consistently goes above and beyond. I saw many different estate agents and he really stands out because he puts 100% into his job and I honestly believe he cares about finding the perfect home for someone.
Dear Charlie, thank you very much for your review. We are so pleased we could help you on your start on the property ladder, and hope to be able to help you in the future.

GoogleGreg and the team at Hawes & Co are fantastic. From when we started looking to the point of exchange today, Greg has been there as a supportive guide every step of the way. Everyone in the office are ready to be of whatever help they can and their knowledge of the buying system has helped incredible amounts (especially for nervous first time buyers like we were). I cannot recommend this firm or the people that work for Hawes & Co highly enough. Will definitely be knocking on the door if and when we come to sell. Thank you Greg!

GoogleHawes Estate Agents, Surbiton (we have dealt with the Manager, Greg, and very mainly with Liana Cornock) have been extremely professional, efficient and friendly. Liana, or anyone in her absence, have immediately dealt with our queries, responded to emails and keep us informed of progress. She has made our house buying process as stress free as possible. We dealt with Greg 6 years ago when we sold and purchased properties with Hawes and without knowing I was going to walk into their office he immediately jumped up when I walked in and remembered me and my husband by name. Greg and Liana are a great asset to Hawes.
Dear Erica, thank you for your review. We always aim to build good, long lasting relationships with our clients, and this is something Greg was able to demonstrate.

GoogleWe have recently sold our property with Hawes & Co, and if we had to do it again I would not hesitate to get in touch. Greg, Liana, Michael and Toby are some of the most friendly and professional people I have come across. Having dealt with a few of the Surbiton estate agents in the past, these are are the best in the area in my opinion. They deal with things as a team, are super friendly and respond to matters promptly. Thanks to everyone at Hawes and Co surbiton!

GoogleAbsolutely outstanding service from Hawes & Co, Surbiton, in particular Michael Gibson who dealt with my case. There were instances where I emailed Michael on his days off and I was guaranteed a response. An absolute pleasure to work with Michael and Greg who was equally very helpful! I can confidently say that my whole buying process was made much easier and much more pleasant with their help! HIGHLY recommend this agency to anyone looking to buy/sell in Surbiton.

GoogleWe would like to say a big thank you to Michael and Greg from Surbiton branch Hawes & Co. From day one we have experienced excellent customer support throughout the buying and selling. We felt they were both very knowledgeable of the market and never pushy at any point. Micheal was dealing with our purchase and he always returned calls promptly and made sure if we had any concerns they were dealt with quickly. He went out of his way with viewings which we really appreciated. We have recommended Hawes & Co to friends looking to sell and would like to thank you again for your help. Lauren&Luke

TrustpilotMove in 10 days
Our challenge was to find a property and move in within 10 days.Due to starting a new job in the immediate future I had to find somewhere quick. I viewed a couple of properties in the area with other agents but when I met Elizabeth everything became easy. She listened to everything me and my partner were looking for and shortened our list of properties to those that fit. When we settled on one I asked the question, "can we do this in 7 days?"Elizabeth said it would be a push but it could probably be done. Over the coming days Elizabeth was always available to take calls and kept us up to date with everything that was going on.In the end we didn't make the 7 days, but we were in within 10.Highly recommend Hawes & Co and should I be looking again in the area Elizabeth would be the first port of call.

TrustpilotFound new home with Christine @ Hawes & Co
I met Christine a year ago when I looked for a property to rent but changed my plans later. This time when our plans resumed, I knew that I wanted to find a new home with Christine. She showed me only properties that matched my criteria and I was the first one she contacted when my current new home came to market. Christine is honest and considerate when it comes to properties. She has a wonderful ability to connect with people and show each property as her own home, with pride and love. I would recommend her to everyone looking for a property to rent or wanting to let their property.
