I worked with Sarah and several other staff towards purchasing a property as a first time buyer, which unfortunately fell through due to a price dispute caused by the extent of remedial work. The team were polite and helpful throughout the process and gave realistic advice on what would happen next at each point. Sarah was generally prompt at meeting me at the property (except one instance where I got a call to explain she was stuck in traffic) and several times replied to email despite being on holiday.

We recently had the great fortune of being shown around a few houses in Surbiton and Hook by Michael Gibson. I've never had such an experience when viewing a house. The majority of estate agencies we have had in the past just open the door for you and then close it when you leave, but not Michael. We were chauffeured around the local area in style and treated to some of the best knowledge I've ever witnessed in an estate agent I feel that this is invaluable to someone new to this part of the world deciding where to move to.
