GoogleWe worked with Paul Mannell from Hawes and Co to both sell our existing house and buy a new one. From start to finish Paul provided exceptional advice, service and support. He was always willing to go the extra mile in terms of arranging extra visits etc. Even more importantly, he provided honest, straight and objective advice throughout the process. I would highly recommend Paul.

GoogleWe used Hawes and Co to sell our property as well as to buy our new home. During the last two years we were dealing with many local agents and Hawes were by far the most honest, reliable and proactive agents we ever had to deal with. They were professional, friendly, , hard working, accommodating, understood our needs and did not bother us necessarily unlike many other agents. We really do not have anything negative to say about them. We were dealing manly with Paul, and sometimes with John, from Wimbledon broadway office and they were both amazing to deal with, although everyone else in the office was equally helpful. In particular we would like to say a huge thank you to Paul, our main agent, that has helped us since the beginning of our journey and he was the most wonderful person to deal with. He was extremely dedicated and very hard working. His work ethos and honesty was truly exceptional. If we need estate agents in the future we will defiantly use them again! I never thought I will ever recommend estate agents but Haws we so great that it would be unfair to not endorse them! I would highly recommend them without any hesitation! GoogleJohn Gordon and his colleagues at Hawes & Co have provided an excellent service from beginning to end in the process of selling the house. Viewings were conducted with minimal inconvenience, communication has always been excellent, the whole experience has been professional, efficient and totally painless. John and his team have fantastic knowledge of the local area and I would not hesitate to use them in the future.

GoogleWe can't praise Hawes and Co enough for the service they offered us over the sale of our house. From the outset, when they valued the house, they were honest and courteous and we felt like we were dealing with adults. From the photos of our house (which were wonderful) to the viewings, we were kept informed every step of the way and each viewing was accompanied which we felt was important. They were also extremely reasonably priced. We dealt with both Marcus and John and their knowledge of the market and high quality customer service were second to none; they were a pleasure to deal with, worth every penny, and I would urge anyone in Wimbledon wanting to sell their house to engage their services.

GoogleWould thoroughly recommend Hawes and Co Wimbledon. Three months with another agent got us viewing after viewing but no legitimate offers,. On moving to Hawes Paul and Marcus picked up the mantle and within 3 short weeks Paul had generated interest and multiple competitive offers. The process went through smoothly from there with Paul managing the chain well, keeping all parties informed and successfully delivering both our sale and purchase. Local knowledge, realistic pricing and importantly qualified leads, got us the result we wanted. After a poor experience with enthusiastic door openers it was a pleasure to deal with knowledgeable grown ups who understand their market and customer service and ultimately delivered. GoogleDespite the insecurity and doubts over the economy around a a Brexit, we have finally sold our five bedroom house in Wimbledon Village. This was achieved by dogged marketing and realistic advice from Hawes & Co. The human touch of Nick Elliot and John Macco from their Wimbledon Village branch helped us when the economic outlook was rather disheartening. We flirted with other agents over the selling period, but found Hawes local knowledge invaluable. Sometimes going local and personal is the better thing to do to achieve a sale.

GoogleStephen Ashby handled my purchase. From the get-go he was thoroughly on the case. He answered every request from minor to major promptly and in detail, orchestrated viewings and kept me up to date at every stage of the process. Add to this he is a pleasure to deal with, calm, friendly and hugely efficient. Engaging with him has made me question why estate agents often get a bad rep. I cannot recommend him too highly.

GoogleWe bought a flat through Hawes and Co in Wimbledon Village many years ago and have used them to subsequently rent out the flat and provide a full management service. They have been an absolute pleasure to work with - professional, friendly, and helpful and in fact, nothing is ever too much trouble. Most especially though, they are really friendly and we so enjoy working with John, Nicola, Emily, Charlie and so many more. They have always found outstanding tenants for us and managed their tenancy with a full management package. Not only have they done that, but they have been very open with sharing their fabulous contractors and recommending any service required to facilitate the very stressful home purchasing and renting process. I could not recommend them highly enough.

Sold our house in Berrylands last year through these guys. First of all they valued it a touch higher than another well known local agent and offered a lower fee. I am a bit sceptical about over-pricing properties but Sarah was correct. Our sold price was higher than the other agent recommended as an asking price.Throughout the process, which was tortuous due to load of issues beyond our control, the Hawes team kept us informed, were realistic and helped get the deal over the line.
