We recently completed on our property which we purchased through Hawes and Co. Surbiton. The property was as presented on their website (no nasty surprises unlike some we had viewed) and not overpriced. We viewed the property three times before completion which Hawes was happy to accommodate. Throughout the conveyancing process Sarah from Hawes and Co was in constant communication and tried on several occasions to move the process along despite contralto delays by our buyers’ solicitors. We would thoroughly recommend Hawes and Co.

We had great experience with Hawes &Co house sale. It’s not an easy process, but Ben and Damian made it very smooth, accommodating viewings to the time we could do and always making sure one of them was available to answer questions for us. My house had failed to sell in the hands of other local estate agents, but when placed with Hawes and Co (Surbiton) Sarah suggested and explained a price that was realistic for the current market, and ensured that we had many viewings. Sarah was unfailingly helpful, down to earth, professional and business-like at all times, and kept up a constant stream of viewings, which resulted in several interested parties. The final stages of the sale were protracted due to issues with the eventual buyers, Sarah also helped them enormously, to keep going and not give up, and a successful completion was achieved.
