GoogleWe recently sold a house through Hawes & Co in Raynes Park. It took a little while due to the adverse market conditions in 2023 but a good sale was achieved. Our contact, Damian Anderson was extremely helpful during the whole process facilitating and assisted in negotiating a few hurdles. Also working well with our chosen solicitor.

GoogleWe recently completed on our property which we purchased through Hawes and Co. Surbiton. The property was as presented on their website (no nasty surprises unlike some we had viewed) and not overpriced. We viewed the property three times before completion which Hawes was happy to accommodate. Throughout the conveyancing process Sarah from Hawes and Co was in constant communication and tried on several occasions to move the process along despite contralto delays by our buyers’ solicitors. We would thoroughly recommend Hawes and Co.

In a challenging sales market, Paul M at Hawes & Co (Wimbledon) showed patience, resilience and skill to navigate the sale of our property on our behalf. There were many ups, downs and negotiations but Paul really pulled through.
