We sold our property through Hawes & Co, working with Liana and despite having one buyer withdraw, Liana moved quickly to remarked our property and find us another buyer within a week. We were in a small chain but still had to push hard to get our preferred exchange and completion dates and Liana was great at keeping us updated and working on our behalf to coordinate with the rest of the chain.

The Raynes Park branch is managed by John Cooper, an established and very highly respected professional within southwest London. His choice of staff reflect his reputation. After 22 years in the property business I have never met a property consultant as good as Ben Butler and just a few steps behind Marcus Short. They took such good care of me. They never forgot who their client was. Everything was seamless and respectful. Both Ben and Marcus are just good people; you cannot teach this or learn this in a book.
