GoogleWe have recently exchanged contracts on our house and are so thankful to Damian Anderson at Hawes for getting this over the line. After our original buyer pulled out at short notice we had a deadline from our onward purchase to get a new buyer in place, Damian pulled out all the stops over the course of a weekend and early the following week and the number of people he got through the door at short notice was far beyond what we ever thought was possible. It resulted in us obtaining a new buyer and kept the chain alive. Thanks so much.

Met Ben Butler for the viewing itself, he got us in to view a very similar property a few doors down which was really handy. Very knowledgeable about the properties and the area. GoogleWe worked with Hawes & Co for both our house sale and purchase, with Liana leading both parts of this for us. The team were all excellent and Liana especially made the process as smooth and simple as possible, and it wasn’t easy! She kept us up to date, explained processes for us and was happy to email, speak or meet in order to ensure we were kept informed of progress. Our upward chain was not always smooth sailing and she dealt with our concerns extremely well and got it all back on track many times! We certainly wouldn’t hesitate to recommend the team or to use them again in the future.

GoogleAbsolutely awful service. Staff doesn't know what they doing, quick to take money but not to give it back,they give you the run around when you phone them. I would not recommend them to any friends or family.

GoogleI am greatly disappointed with the service provided by this agency. Initially, they were incredibly responsive and attentive, but the moment I raised an issue regarding a non-functional oven post-move-in, their support vanished entirely. It has been over 15 days, and I have received no response whatsoever. Despite multiple attempts to communicate my concerns, my emails seem to have been overlooked, and the property manager's response was dismissive and unhelpful when I contacted her by phone. Not only did the property manager fail to acknowledge the reported issue, but they also displayed a lack of care and professionalism. Furthermore, the claim that all electrical checks were completed before our move-in is misleading, as we've been facing consistent electrical problems since day one. This negligence and lack of follow-up have made my experience with this agency extremely unpleasant and frustrating. Overall, the disregard for tenants' concerns and the lack of responsibility for ensuring a habitable living space is something I never expected from a professional agency. I would caution anyone seeking an agent's services to reconsider before engaging with this particular agency, as my encounter with them has been incredibly disappointing and distressing.
