Damian has just been so great from start to finish, his advice has been so helpful and above and beyond the scope of an estate agent, he’s been really visionary and helped us think about what properties could be, along the way and really felt like he’s working for us to find the right property, not just to sell sell sell. Ms. Tracy Bowler (Goodfellows/Hawes & Co Raynes Park) again I find myself no less than 4 years writing about your professionalism. Following what I can only add as a disastrous rental through you and your colleague where you tried to bully, coerce and force me to landscape a garden to meet a tenant (who failed to pay his rent following your advice), I am back again highlighting you MS. Bowler. Not more than one week past your colleague visiting me to assess, advise and undertake the marketing of a property for rent, being assured this is your busiest period and you had a whopping December rental market. Taking his advice, we agreed to put it on the market as per his advice. Yesterday, you phoned me failing to announce yourself, when pressed for your surname, the lights went on! Your line of communication opening with would I reconsider the type of renter, lower the price based upon the market being particularly slow at the moment, in complete contrast to your managers advice? Knowing how you operate MS. Bowler and the sharp practice you use to undermine your clients I put you straight, at no time would we work with someone of such little integrity and dishonesty. Collecting my keys from your office today, your cowardice is noted, you cannot look a client in the eye as you have so much to hide. A SERVICE WHICH I THOUGHT WAS WORTHY is TARED BY YOUR EMPLOYMENT AND CONTINUED EFFORTS TO MISLEAD PEOPLE.

GoogleThey were good but no more. They did a good job finding tenants for us in three occasions and even bought our house with them over a period of ten years, through a top letting negotiator but he has since left. After the fixed term expired, they invoiced us for renewal fee on statutory periodic tenancy (which I firmly believe was raised by mistake as they thought the tenancy was renewed but it wasn't at the end). We released the fund by mistake also but immediately requested for a refund. After being promised a refund by one of their agents, they sat on it for weeks, then they did a u-turn, stood their ground and started arguing statutory periodic tenancy is an extension, and refused to back down after 'consulting their director'. It's disappointing to see that they would rather lose a long term customer to short term gains. Ultimately all they care about is their own pocket and all their customers are secondary. Update: we have left this lot for good after more than 11 years and please regard those unwarranted fees as parting gifts. By the way, what a breath of fresh air with our new agent.

Very quick to get our house on the market with beautiful photographs, regular communication and attentive progression of the sale through a difficult market with a few hiccups along the way! Sarah was very helpful with great recommendations for surveyor, solicitor and removal companies, who were all brilliant and kept in regular touch with support, advice and updates throughout.
