Decent agent. Willing to do after hours appointments to accommodate for working folks, unlike many others! Fairly transparent in all stages of negotiation.

Great service, personable staff who went the extra mile. Also had the best stock of housing in the area. The agent we dealt with, Matthew Pike, was proactive and a pleasure to deal with. Would recommend them.

Buying and selling property can be extremely stressful but Jay handled the whole affair calmly and professionally and got both our sale and purchase over the line. Very grateful as we are now living in and renovating the house we always wanted. Thank you.

I would highly recommend Hawes & Co. We bought through them years ago and they were so good we decided to sell with them this year. Daniel, in particular, was very helpful, patient and polite. We were always kept updated about all aspects of viewings, offers and our chain.

We received exceptional customer service during the process of buying for the first time with Hawes and Co. During what can be a very confusing and stressful process, Damian Anderson provided excellent support and was readily available for any queries we had throughout. Many thanks for all your help and hard work.

I sold my flat with Damian at Hawes & Co earlier this year and was really pleased with the service. Damian was really helpful and friendly and was always on the end of the phone when needed. After having a difficult time when I bought the flat several years ago with a different agent it was a much smoother and less stressful time selling with Damian and Hawes & Co.

I have met with Malcolm Gee at Hawes & Co's Wimbledon Village offices twice now - they strike me as one of the most experienced and knowledgeable agents in the Wimbledon and South West London area
