GoogleI recently bought my house through Daniel Archer at Hawes and Co - Raynes Park. Daniel is a skilled and experienced agent and also a pleasure to deal with. He remained calm and polite despite considerable delays and at times single handedly drove the purchase process forward and helped hold the entire chain together. Can't recommend him highly enough.

GoogleI sold my flat through Hawes and co, dealing with both Damien Anderson and Matthew Pike. Both were excellent. Damien in particular was very knowledgeable about the development and was able to sell my flat much quicker than I expected, for a good price. Their rate was also much better than the other competitors in Raynes Park.

GoogleRecently purchased a property in Raynes Park with the help of Damien Anderson from Hawes and have to say that the entire process was made easier with his help. Very professional and on hand at all times with assistance throughout the entire buying process. He was particularly good at giving straight answers when we needed it, which is important when making such large purchasing decisions. Would recommend Damien for anyone looking to sell/buy.

GoogleI bought my flat in Raynes Park through Hawes 22 years ago and went back to Hawes to sell it this summer, specifically to Daniel Archer on the recommendation of a friend. I'm so glad I did. Throughout the process, from his first visit re price and marketing through to completion, Daniel was at all times calm, knowledgeable, responsive, never pushy and, most important to me, kind. He made what was a stressful process for me much easier than it otherwise would have been. I can't recommend him and Hawes too highly. My only negative comment about Hawes Raynes Park is that the phone on-hold music is painfully loud but that's probably just me!

GoogleGreat non pressured sales technique which yielded an extremely quick sale at the price we wanted. Jay Collins in particular was invaluable in progressing our sale & purchase with Hawes to completion. Certainly the best agents we met in the Raynes Park area. This is our 3rd house move & was by far the most friendly and competent office we’ve experienced.

GoogleHawes recently assisted us with the sale of a property, and I can only commend the team (and in particular Damian Anderson) on how well they handled the entire transaction. There were times during the process where the entire deal almost fell apart, however true to their word they managed to salvage the deal and we successfully completed a few weeks ago. I would highly recommend Hawes, and we will certainly be using them again.

GoogleJust bought a house via Hawes & Co. I am very happy and satisfied with their service ethos, professionalism and honesty. I was dealing with Mathew Pike who is a very good person, extremely helpful and honest. Given that it was a probate property in need of significant work, I required several viewings and surveys. Matthew was always accommodative. And when a few issues (with the potential to derail the transaction) came up, he worked very efficiently and impartially to resolve the issues between the the two parties. I highly recommend Mattew and Hawes & Co if you are looking for a property in Wimbledon/Raynes Park area.

Really calm cool and collected throughout the whole process and made it feel seamless. He was particularly good at communicating with us and always responded to me quickly whenever I had a query. He was also not pushy which some other estate agents I've dealt with in the past can be.

GoogleWe are delighted with the service we received from Hawes & Co Raynes Park. From the day we met Daniel Archer to look at a few properties to the day we picked up our keys on completion day, he was incredibly helpful and professional throughout. Even when there were various complications with the exchange process, nothing felt like too much trouble for Daniel and he always responded to us very quickly. We used Simon Murray as our mortgage broker, through Hawes and Co, and were very pleased with the service we received from him too. Overall, we would highly recommend Hawes & Co and will definitely be using them ourselves again in future!

GoogleDespite the insecurity and doubts over the economy around a a Brexit, we have finally sold our five bedroom house in Wimbledon Village. This was achieved by dogged marketing and realistic advice from Hawes & Co. The human touch of Nick Elliot and John Macco from their Wimbledon Village branch helped us when the economic outlook was rather disheartening. We flirted with other agents over the selling period, but found Hawes local knowledge invaluable. Sometimes going local and personal is the better thing to do to achieve a sale.
