GoogleI sold my home though Hawes & Co (Broadway branch), mainly dealing with Paul and John. I very much liked their honest approach and realistic valuation which resulted in a quick sale close to asking price. The took nearly all the hassle out of the sales process and so I have since recommended them to friends who have also recently secured a prompt sale.

They are friendly, available, prompt, understanding, easy to talk to, either by email or face to face, they always have a kind word and a smile to share. Documentation is easily done, no hassles, communication is clear and information is given all the time and way in advance. Couldn't be more happy.

GoogleRecently, we had Hawes of Wimbledon village as our agent to sell our property. As overseas residents not that familiar with the sale process in the U.K, we needed a good agent to help us. John Maccao, senior negotiator was our initial contact, and he provided guidance and valuation, and did all the arrangements to get the property to the market quickly. They arranged many viewings and found a buyer fairly quickly, and Associate Director Malcolm Gee helped us to complete the sale without problems. In our dealings, those at the Wimbledon village office were friendly, reasonable and helpful, and understood our needs well and acted very professionally. GoogleHawes & Co are without doubt the best estate agents in Wimbledon. I’ve used them twice and each time they have been nothing but professional, knowledgable, straight-forward, friendly etc. It’s just a relief to find an Estate Agent you can rely on. Malcolm, John and Stephen are each superb. The last time I used them I dealt with Stephen, a total pleasure. I actually enjoyed receiving his emails at a time when most people might be totally stressed. Stephen has great knowledge and charm. Don’t be deceived by their tiny store on the village high street, it’s fully of decades of knowledge and substance rather than flashy screens and gimmicks.

GoogleThe service we received from Ros at the Raynes Park branch was excellent. She was super helpful and efficient and from walking into to the branch without an appointment to finalising the tenancy in a flat in Wimbledon Village took exactly a week! Highly recommended.

GoogleWe recently sold our house through Daniel with Hawes. We bought our house from Daniel when we moved to the area and we were struck by his calm, mature and professional attitude. As a result we didn't hesitate to sell the house through Hawes when the time came to move. Daniel was again the voice of calm and reason against the inevitable back drop of stress and pressure that accompanies a house move. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Daniel and Hawes.
