GoogleWe have used Damian Anderson for the sale of a couple of properties now and would return in a heartbeat in the future. He made fast work of the sale of our most recent property which got an offer within the first month on the market. Liasing betwen himself the buyers and the solicitors was simple and effortless, and there were no nasty surprises along the way. Katie Williams and Tracy both are a great professional, extremely committed and knowledgeable; she handled the agreement process and paperwork in a manner which made you feel at ease, Always answered any questions through the whole process, and was constantly willing to help, making sure the move went smoothly so efficient and helpful, even the ongoing support has been considerably above average. GoogleWe received an excellent service from Hawes & Co right from the start when John came to do the initial house review and set up. The team were sympathetic to my in-laws health issues and conducted the viewings in a sensitive manner. The communication during the sales progression, in particular from Damian Anderson was faultless and he helped to make the process a lot less stressful. He kept us in the loop at all times. Damian went out of his way and would call or email us on his days off and at weekends to update and reassure us. I would highly recommend this agency.

GoogleBeing a nervous seller, having bought only once nearly 30years ago I was hesitant about dealing with pushy Estate Agents when it was time to look for a smaller house. Reluctantly I began engaging Agents and immediately found the professional and caring nature of Hawes and Co Surbiton to be reassuring, the Branch Manager Richard dealt with me personally, even taking calls on Sundays!. I cant recommend the team enough , with thanks to Leanna and Chloe too.
