GoogleHaus were absolutely brilliant from start to finish for our recent house sale. We experienced a number of other different local estate agents, as we offered on various properties for our onward purchase, and had 1 fall through close to completion before eventually completing on our current property. None of the other agents even began to compare to Haus from a customer service point of view - it was absolutely chalk and cheese!
We have already recommended Haus to numerous friends, and will continue to do so.
Absolutely no hesitation in giving a 5* rating!

GoogleFrom our first contact with Haus, we were extremely impressed with their friendly yet professional approach. As we were buying a newbuild, we were required to exchange contracts early yet had no concrete completion date for our buyer. However, our negotiator, Josh, did a sterling job, and we felt hugely supported by him during what turned out to be a very difficult process! In fact, all the staff we spoke to were extremely helpful and knowledgeable, and we would not hesitate to recommend Haus to our friends and family.

GoogleInitially Haus were good, got everything sorted quickly and effectivley. Toward the end of the tenancy they took days to respond or didnt respond at all. Multiple failed call backs where they didnt even attempt to do so and just overall a very unsatisfying service, much more of a 'not our problem now' attitude whilst trying to resolve certain things towards the end of tenancy.

GoogleBe wary renting through Haus. Dealing with them directly is generally fine but once you’ve signed the contract they’ll pass you over to RNL who are a nightmare to deal with. The fact that RNL manage the property is seemingly deliberately obscured, as nobody who has done any research would willingly deal with RNL. Feels very sneaky and you’ll probably end up dealing with damp and mould in your home while the property management do nothing to help and blame the structural issues of the building on your lifestyle. Make sure you know who will be managing your property before you sign any contracts with Haus as you will not be dealing with the Haus office beyond the initial viewings
