From start to finish Haus staff have been amazing. They have made me feel honesty still exists within the estate agent world. There was no ducking and diving or merry dances. Just as you need when considering buying plain honesty and efficiency. The staff were open with facts and as a customer I felt safe in their hands. Haus was superb from start to finish. The marketing process went well and we were delighted to accept an offer above the asking price. This has allowed me to be able to entertain house alterations in the new property, that benefits the children. The best part of the service, however, came in recent weeks when Heather went above and beyond her remit to ensure that our sale went through as promptly as possible, despite serious lacks of communication often, across the chain. Her proactivity, care and respect shown both for her clients and the rest of the chain, was exemplary and we can't thank her enough. Having purchased a property which was being sold by Haus back in 2021, when it came to selling a property in the summer of last year, Haus was my first choice of agent. The marketing process went very well and we were delighted to accept an offer above our asking price, in less than a month, which was very pleasing. The best part of the service, however, came in recent weeks when Heather went above and beyond her remit to ensure that an aborted moving date caused by poor communication across the chain was remedied. 2025 update. We sold with Haus again 6 years on and everything I said before still stands. Their quality of service is second to none and hasnt dropped at all. Heather negotiated our sale and is fantastic, proactive, balanced and honest in every step of the process. Heather checked in with us regularly, answered our questions and always knew where we were up to with our buyers and our chain. It's worth adding that the entire team are great and always happy to help out where they can! A great company and a fantastic team.
