I just wanted to say a huge thank you to Abigail and the Haus team for their exceptional work whilst we have been in the process of selling our property. From the very start with the valuation to our house going on the market, the Haus team just radiated a positive ethos and really put our minds at ease. Abigail has been incredibly helpful, informative and a constant form of contact with any questions or concerns we have had. She really has gone above and beyond to make this process as seamless for us as possible. I have had the pleasure of dealing with Haus Homes both as a potential buyer and more recently as a Vendor and I can not praise them enough for the work they do. They are extremely thorough and professional throughout the selling process, whilst continuing to exude a friendly approach to what can be a stressful process. Keep up the great work, you are streets ahead of the rest!!!! I have once again used Haus to deal with the sale of my In-Laws property and would reiterate all my previous comments regarding the Team. Excellent from start to finish. WELL DONE TO HEATHER AND THE TEAM!!!!! YES - I have used Haus once again for our personal move this time. The team are outstanding every step of the way. I was recommended to Haus by a friend. I had 3 estate agents round to give me a price and advice re selling. David was the best by far, no hard sell, down to earth and realistic with expectations from the sale. We had a constant steady flow of viewings until they found my buyer. They ALWAYS answer the phone or get back to me immediately unlike some estate agents I had dealings with when looking for my property. Heather was so encouraging, helpful not only with my sale but also with my purchase from another estate agent. She has been totally amazing, professional, knowledgeable but warm and friendly advising me on everything I asked of her. Simply outstanding letting agency. Haus were fantastic from our first viewing of the property to signing the lease. They couldn’t have made the process simpler. I have been renting for 23 years and have never encountered a more professional, efficient and pleasant to deal with agency. Jack and Emma were brilliant at communicating with us and facilitating a successful letting. They couldn’t have been more helpful or more courteous. I felt they and the team saw us as individuals rather than just potential clients. I’m running out of superlatives so to summarise, an experience that couldn’t have been better. I can’t imagine wanting to leave the delightful flat they found for us but, if I ever need to move, I will look first at lettings advertised by Haus because I know the procedure will be fast and faultless.

We’d moved around buying and selling houses quite a bit over the years but hadn’t used Haus before . The opportunity came when we had our offer accepted on one of their properties and so decided to sell ours through them too . This was totally THE RIGHT CHOICE ! The whole team were completely on the ball with everything and worked with us every step of the way . James was amazing and let us really get involved with the marketing side of things .( We are admittedly control freaks ! ) Ben , the photographer went above and beyond to get the images just right - they were fab ! And Heather , who was just so calm and brilliantly efficient at not only the job of selling our house but handling all the emotions from me - excitement, nerves, frustration at the pace of all the legal stuff ! She kept us really well informed through all the stages of the process getting us a fantastic price and all completed in around 7 weeks ! We will obviously be using Haus again 😄

We had a really lovely experience with Helen when looking for a place to rent. I was unable to view the house myself but had a friend do a video tour, which Helen engaged with fully. She even called me when they hadn't recieved my application yet, which was my mistake! She was quick to update us and facilitated a really fast turnaround. We registered interest on Monday and had the keys by Friday. I feel positive about our experience and I look forward to living in a property managed by Haus homes.

Haus we're brilliant from start to finish, from thw initial meeting with David and him talking me through all the steps to dealing with Cameron as the property was going through the sale process. The portal they provide is amazing and great to see viewings booked and offers made. The sale it's self was a little difficult but Cameron who I had most of my dealings with was great all the way through always very helpful and professional along with all the other members I dealt with. I had a great experience with Haus. They were the estate agent for the house my partner and I were purchasing and I cannot recommend Olivia enough. She was always so positive, attentive and very friendly which always put me at ease when asking questions as this was new to me. Having used another local lettings agent previously to rent our property we recently changed to Helen at haus.
