Fantastic company to deal with. David came to value our house, he explained what to expect and the position we need to be in to make our offers on new houses more favourable. When we found a house we wanted, Haus got our house on the market really quickly. Becky and Heather dealt with our sale, but most importantly were always available to guide on how to negotiate when bidding on houses. When we had formed a chain we found one solicitor was very slow, Becky kept nudging the chain forward to complete in around 10 weeks and be in our new home by Christmas. I would be happy to recommend Haus when moving home.

I have had a great experience with Haus, I highly recommend them. David valued the house, he was honest, very knowledgeable and helpful. Heather has been dealing with the sale of the house. She has kept in regular contact with me. Heather is so lovely to speak to, she is so helpful and has made the whole process really straightforward and smooth. The Haus website is great, so you can see who is viewing your house and read their feedback afterwards. We had a lot of viewings and a number of offers. First time selling a property and Haus were excellent from start to finish. David took the time to visit my home before I committed to an agent and they advertised my property well, making it look as appealing as possible with top photos taken. In the office, Josh was superb. He was friendly, efficient at responding to any questions I had and supportive when trying to chase up the solicitor. He really made the whole process less stressful. Only gripe is one of the solicitors they recommend, Graysons aren't great.

I sold my house in Walkley through Sheffield Haus and was really impressed with the whole experience. Selling a property in the past has always felt stressful for me, but this time it was very different. What stood out most was the clear and consistent communication I had with Heather. She kept me updated at every stage, making sure I always knew what was happening and what to expect next. That regular contact made the whole process feel much more manageable and far less overwhelming. I have been absolutely delighted with the service that I have received from the team at Haus. My initial phone call to book a valuation really set the scene for what was to come. David Vaughan visited my property and provided a detailed, yet customer friendly sales valuation. David explained the current market, the benefits that my property would offer potential buyers plus some hints and tips on coming to market. The colleagues who took the photographs and provided the floor plan and Energy Performance Certificate were similarly very customer friendly and put me at ease. The house came to market on the exact timescale agreed and i benefitted from a great introductory chat with Heather Slater who was to be my main contact moving forward. Haus utilise a superb customer portal that provided me with a means to review updates 24/7 in addition to regular updates via telephone and email. I received multiple offers within a 10 days period. On agreeing the sale the process has been very slick with regular feedback provided and Julie Patrick provided additional support if Heather was unavailable. In addition David Vaughan kept in regular contact throughout the process. Haus provided me with a great pricing and marketing strategy and the whole sales process was managed with an exemplary degree of expertise. Great estate agents and even greater people to deal with. I just collected the keys on a home purchase which took almost five months to complete but I could not have asked for a better estate agent in Heather to help support the process. There are estate agents who are just bothered about connecting the seller and buyer, and the commission fees. Haus are different. Biggest strength of Haus is that they are approachable and spend time talking and listening to you. They do call back if they are busy. Olivia and her team have provided a personalised service which is a rarity given that they only charge the same commission as any other estate agents in the market. They are not shy of advising you on other matters/general advice on properties and areas too. Other companies including solicitors should learn customer service from Haus in this industry. I would thoroughly recommend Olivia and her team at Haus. Last but not the lease, Ian Appleyard has initiated the sale process and he resonates the above ethos equally.

If you are looking sell in Sheffield, go with Haus; simple as that. They absolutely nailed the marketing and deserved every penny of their fees.
